About

My primary research interests centre on the formal analysis of public policy-making. Specifically, I am  interested in modelling how institutions alter the incentives of elected officials. I also have significant experience in applied econometrics, comparative politics and epistemological controversies in the social sciences. I took my first degree at Duham University (BA first class (Hons) in politics) and then went on to obtain an MPA in public and economic policy at the London School of Economics (with distinction). I am currently a doctoral student, with an ESRC scholarship, at the Department of Politics and International Relations of the University of Oxford. I am also a consultant at the World Bank and several other public policy-making consultancies.
