About
I studied in Oxford from 2006 to 2008 for the BPhil in Philosophy and am now working on a DPhil thesis in which I consider whether authenticity sets any moral limits to ways of transforming oneself that can be regarded as enhancements. Besides Ethics, my research interests include Aesthetics, the Philosophy of Religion, and Psychology (particularly theories of personality traits and their biological and environmental foundations).
I am also a contributor to the "Practical Ethics: Ethical Perspectives on the News" weblog, which features posts by a number of Oxford ethicists (http://www.ethicsinthenews.typepad.com/ ).
