Current research interest:
Development of a new framework and decision support systems for the design of transport policies to achieve environmental targets.
We intend to adapt and extend existing process synthesis and design methods to the design of policies, in order to support the decisions regarding which measures to use in a policy, and how to combine and schedule them. I am looking into the transport sector trying to generate and compare alternative transport policies. We expect our approach to accelerate policy design and improve policy effectiveness.
