About

I am currently reading for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Law at the Centre for Socio-Legal Studies at the University of Oxford.

My research examines the role of law in protecting fundamental interests such as copyright and privacy in cyberspace with a special emphasis on the legal/regulatory issues presented by user-generated content.

Before joining Oxford, I lectured on the Bar Vocational Course at the Inns of Court School of Law (City University). I lectured in various areas including Civil Procedure & Evidence, Commercial Law, Company Law and Civil Advocacy.

Prior to my appointment as a lecturer, I practised as commercial barrister, specialising in IT, Internet Law, IP, Corporate Finance and Acquisition Finance.
