About
I received my PhD from Leiden University and teach Chinese Philosophy at the University of Oxford. My research interests include argumentative strategies in early Chinese Philosophy, early excavated manuscripts, orality and literacy, early Chinese textuality. I am currently working on different book projects, including 'Philosophy on Bamboo', which is a study of excavated philosophical texts from the fourth century BC, and a handbook for the study of early Chinese manuscripts (together with Martin Kern, Princeton, and Wolfgang Behr, Zurich).
