About
I am a Non-Stipendiary Lecturer in Political Theory at Hertford College. I teach the 'Theorizing the Democractic State' for Prelims, and Theory of Politics (203), Bentham to Weber (216), Marx and Marxism (217), and Sociological Theory (218) for Final Honour Schools. I also teach A-Level Sociology at a Sixth Form College in West London, and am the Academic Director of a summer course held in July in Oxford.
I am currently working on my first book, an introduction to the thought of Antonio Gramsci, written with Nathan Sperber. It will be published (in French) by La Découverte as part of their Repères series in 2012, with an English edition hopefully to follow soon after.
