About
I am a doctoral student in international relations at St. Antony's College at the University of Oxford. My research develops a generalizable explanation for change in international institutions.
Empirically, I analyze institutional change during the 1972 Stockholm Conference, the UN General Assembly's response to the recommendations of the 1987 Brundtland Commission, and the 1992 Earth Summit.
