About
Originally from Vancouver, Milan Ilnyckyj completed his B.A. in International Relations and Political Science at the University of British Columbia in 2005. He was awarded the Gerald N Savory Prize in International Relations, the John C. and Anne J. Clark Scholarship in U.S. Studies, the Mack Eastman United Nations Prize, and the UBC Undergraduate Scholarship.
In 2007, he completed an M.Phil in International Relations at Oxford. He was supervised by Andrew Hurrell, and completed a thesis entitled: "Expertise and Legitimacy: The Role of Science in Global Environmental Policy-Making". He was awarded the Senior Scholarship by Wadham College.
