Miriam Rodgers is a DPhil candidate at the University of Oxford whose work on legal philosophy focuses on the forms of justice as they are applied in various areas of law. She studied philosophy and economics as an undergraduate at Washington and Lee University (2004) and earned her J.D. from the University of Texas, Austin (2007). Miriam taught Land Law at Oxford in 2008-2009 and is teaching Jurisprudence in the winter and spring of 2010.
