I am a macroeconomist, specialised in development macroeconomics, monetary economics and finance theory.
In particular, I am interested in the determinants of interest rates and capital flows in developing countries - hence my PhD research on asset prices in liquidity-constrained economies and in small open economies.
I am an economist in the International Monetary Fund, working on the Gulf Countries.
