Thesis Title: Beyond Radical Right: Attitudes towards Immigration and Voting Behaviour in Europe
About
I am currently a Postdoctoral Prize Research Fellow in Nuffield College, University of Oxford. I obtained a PhD in Political and Social Sciences at the European University Institute in Florence. Before that, I was awarded a Master of Research in Political Science at the Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona, and a BA in Journalism at the same university.
My main research interests involve political behaviour, public opinion, and migration studies. More specifically, I have been working on models of issue voting, explanatory factors of electoral turnout, patterns and causes of xenophobia in Europe, patterns of media consumption, subjective perceptions of macro-economic conditions, and attitudes towards the European Union among others. My main methodological approaches are quantitative and comparative.
