About
I am currently pursuing an D.Phil. in History at the University of Oxford with the support of a Rhodes Scholarship. A historian by training, my research interests include Cold War history (with an emphasis on Germany and Soviet Eurasia), intellectual history (with an emphasis on international law), and institution-building/development across Eurasia (Central Asia, Afghanistan, and Iran, in particular).
